W-2s are mailed out the last week of January each year. You should receive an email with information on how to obtain your W-2. Please be sure to update your email address if needed. Timecards must be completed and submitted for approval by Monday of each week. If you are a biweekly employee, your timecard is due every other Monday. Please be sure to record and save your hours daily to avoid missing this payroll deadline and/or delaying your pay.
You should expect payment every Friday. If you are a biweekly employee, payday is every other Friday.
Your timecard may be approved by a secondary approver. If you do not have a secondary approver, please reach out to us as soon as possible at 800.750.7420 and your account manager will work with you to secure approval.
If you will be on vacation, notify your account manager. It is good practice to enter and submit your hours for the previous week prior to your absence. If you are unable to do so, you can submit your hours online via our timekeeping system or the mobile app. You can use this app to record, save and submit hours from your phone or tablet.
State and federal withholding forms are available in Workforce Ready. Simply log in and navigate to these forms and submit once completed. Your account manager will implement any changes you request.
