FAQs

If you don’t see an answer here to your question, please contact us at 800.750.7420 or hello@nexuscw.com

I am locked out of my online timekeeping account. What do I do?

Please contact support at hello@nexuscw.com or give us a call at 800.750.7420 and we will assist in unlocking your account.

How do I fix an error on my timesheet if I have already submitted it for approval?

Once a timesheet is submitted for approval, you can no longer make edits. Your timesheet will have to be rejected so that you can correct any mistakes. Please contact support at hello@nexuscw.com or give us a call at 800.750.7420 and an account manager will assist you.

I am a former employee. Who do I contact if I need assistance with verification of employment or my W-2?

W-2s are mailed out the last week of January each year. You should receive an email with information on how to obtain your W-2. Please be sure to update your email address if needed. If you are unable to access your W-2, please contact support at info@nexuscw.com or give us a call at 800.750.7420 and we will assist you.

When is my timecard due?

Timecards must be completed and submitted for approval by Monday of each week. If you are a biweekly employee, your timecard is due every other Monday. Please be sure to record and save your hours daily to avoid missing this payroll deadline and/or delaying your pay.

When do I get paid?

You should expect payment every Friday. If you are a biweekly employee, payday is every other Friday.

My timecard approver is on vacation. How will my timecard be approved?

Your timecard may be approved by a secondary approver. If you do not have a secondary approver, please reach out to us as soon as possible at 800.750.7420 and your account manager will work with you to secure approval.

What if I go on vacation?

If you will be on vacation, notify your account manager. It is good practice to enter and submit your hours for the previous week prior to your absence. If you are unable to do so, you can submit your hours online via our timekeeping system or the mobile app. You can use this app to record, save and submit hours from your phone or tablet.

How do I change my state or federal withholdings?

State and federal withholding forms are available in Workforce Ready. Simply log in and navigate to these forms and submit once completed. Your account manager will implement any changes you request.

I did not get paid or did not receive my paystub notification. What should I do?

If you did not receive your paystub or did not get paid, please immediately email payroll@nexuscw.com or call 800.750.7420.

How do I file for unemployment insurance?

Please contact us at 800.750.74250 or hello@nexuscw.com for information on filing for unemployment in your state.
